We are actively seeking Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales Agents to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL.

Our investment sales specialists are entrepreneurial, ambitious, and team-oriented professionals from a diversity of business development backgrounds. They leverage the platform to maximize the client’s portfolio value from strategic positioning through the investments sale process.

Responsibilities

• Develop ongoing real estate advisory relationships with clients to help them achieve their investment goals.
• Generate leads through researching local markets, attending local seminars and trade shows, advertising, joining networking groups, and utilizing web based marketing venues.
• Develop a firm understanding of the local market dynamics and industry trends.
• Market exclusive property listings internally to business partners and externally to strategic and financial investors and the outside brokerage community.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and strategy workshops.
• Schedule and conduct real estate strategy meetings with clients.
• Provide ongoing client service to help clients stay on track with their investment goals.

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record of building strong relationships and delivering superior client service.
• Ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of professional work experience.
• Florida Sales Associate or Broker-Sales Associate

Preferred Qualifications

• High level of confidence, perseverance and a strong desire to achieve and succeed in a goal-oriented environment.
• Outstanding verbal, written and listening communication skills.
• Willingness and desire to be part of a team environment and to learn through a mentoring relationship.
• Familiarity with industry software, like Argus.
• Four-year college degree from an accredited institution.
